Refund Policy

General Principle

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed, the agreed scope and whether work has already been allocated or delivered.

Before Work Begins

Where no work has started, a refund request may be considered subject to applicable processing or administrative deductions.

After Work Begins

Once agreed work has started, the refundable amount may be reduced in proportion to work completed and resources used.

Delivered Work

Completed and delivered work is generally not eligible for a full refund; genuine issues should first be addressed through review and agreed revisions.
